W. TODD SMITH, ESQUIRE

W. Todd Smith, was born in St. Petersburg, is a native Floridian and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the majority of his life. His wife,
Lisa, is also a native Floridian and they enjoy spending time with their daughters Avery, Kendall and their extended families. Todd received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville.
W. Todd Smith is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, he served from 2001-2005 as an Assistant State Attorney working in the Dade City branch of the Office of the State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit serving Pinellas and Pasco Counties. In his time there he handled a wide variety of cases ranging from second degree misdemeanors and DUI’s to capital felonies and tried over 30 jury trials.

Mr. Smith has focused his practice in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Personal Injury and General Civil Litigation.
